CASSIAH JOSKI-JETHI

Cassiah is an award-winning writer and director for stage and screen represented by Independent. With over a decade of experience in the film, tv and theatre industry, Cassiah has worked on projects with BFI, Film 4, Apple TV, Sky Movies, BBC Studios, BBC Radio 4Xtra, Greenwich Theatre, Sonia Friedman Productions, and more. Cassiah's short films have screened at numerous film festivals such as BFI London Film Festival, Underwire Film Festival, and Flatpack, to name a few. Over the years, Cassiah has been mentored by iconic film and TV directors including Gurinder Chadha OBE, Claire McCarthy and Jim Field Smith.

In 2024, Cassiah was selected for the prestigious BRIT List as well as BFI Network@LFF, and in 2025, she was selected for BFI Midlands Directors Lab. Cassiah is currently working on her debut feature films, including one in development with BFI.
